The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Francis Burnett as the Interim Head of the Pooled Procurement Services (PPS) Unit. Mr. Burnett assumes this role following the conclusion of Ms. Roselyn Opel’s tenure with the OECS Commission. With his extensive expertise and deep institutional knowledge, Mr. Burnett has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of the PPS Unit.
